All quotations are subject to change based on product specifications, order quantities, supplier availability, and market conditions. Orders are considered confirmed only after a written agreement or purchase order is signed by both parties and any required deposit is received.
Prices quoted generally exclude shipping, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and other third-party fees unless expressly stated. Any changes to an order after confirmation may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Standard payment milestones typically include:

• Progress payment during production, if applicable
• Final balance before shipment or delivery
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order and the circumstances of cancellation. Deposits may be non-refundable once suppliers have committed resources. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, SinoSourceAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any transaction between you and a third-party supplier.
Our liability is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any supplier or manufacturer, and we encourage clients to conduct their own due diligence where appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping disruptions, customs inspections, force majeure events, or changes in laws and regulations.
All content on the SinoSourceAgent website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SinoSourceAgent or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any product designs, specifications, or branding materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or business-sensitive information disclosed during the course of providing services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already performed or orders already placed remain payable. Any paid deposits already committed to suppliers may not be refundable.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
